PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst powder and slurry having excellent characteristics of purification ability of the environment and both of excellent durability and dispersion stability with a medium, and to provide a polymer composition, coating material, formed body and structural body having photocatalytic properties by using the aforementioned powder. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst powder consists of titanium dioxide fine particles containing an anionic active substance and having 0 to -100 mV interfacial potential of the fine particles in a water-based environment at pH 5, and the slurry contains this powder. The organic polymer composition contains the photocatalyst powder, and the formed body is produced from the organic polymer composition. The structural body has the organic polymer composition on its surface. The coating material contains the slurry, and the structural body has the coating material on its surface.
