PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an earplug and a hearing aid using the same, capable of preventing the defective of an ear cast article encountered, improving the performance of an output, a gain, etc., and suppressing looseness at the wearing of the earplug. SOLUTION: A skin part 1 is deeply inserted into an external acoustic meatus 9 in advance, a casting agent 3 is injected into the skin part 1, and the volumetric capacity of the skin part 1 is increased to bring the skin part 1 into intimate contact with the bone part of the meatus 9. After that, the casting agent 3 and the skin part 1 are integrated by solidifying the casting agent 3 so as to be obtained as the earplug 2 for deafness. The obtained earplug 2 is formed with a hollow part, wherein the functional parts 4 of the hearing aid 5 are installed. |
