PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol device capable of uniformly jetting a chemical in a wide area and preventing the sticking to a material except a target object. SOLUTION: The jetting direction of the chemical is changed by moving a jetting nozzle with the reaction of the jetting of the chemical and the diffusion range of the chemical is fixed to a space formed between the horizontal plane and a plane, which is at an elevation angle of <=70 deg. to the horizontal plane, with the aerosol device as the starting point. |
