PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll sheet cutter in which sheet jam does not take place even when a coreless roll sheet having a severe curl is used. SOLUTION: When cutting of a previous roll sheet (P) is ended, the roll sheet stops while touching the forward end thereof to the edge (12) of a fixed cutter (10) and a movable cutter (20) waits at a position on the left side of a slit (3). Current print is performed at a print section (34) under that state and when print of one line is ended, a feed roller (30) feeds the roll sheet by one line. When print of several lines is ended, forward end of the roll sheet having a severe curl slides strongly clockwise to abut against an auxiliary guide (100) disposed under a sheet guide (4). Consequently, the roll sheet is prevented from entering the gap A between a lower frame (1) and an upper frame (2) to generate sheet jam. When a required quantity of print is ended and the roll sheet is stopped, the movable cutter (20) moves in the rightward direction on the drawing and the roll sheet P is cut.
