PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making decorative perforations for car wheel disks to achieve an artistically-designed car wheel disk at a lower price. SOLUTION: This is a method of making decorative perforations for car wheel disks comprising a blanking/shaving process using a perforating punch 3 composed of a punching section 3a on the top and a shaving section 3b linked with and larger in shape than the punching section 3a to punch decorative perforations and then do shaving on the punched area, and a burring process outwardly extending the shaving surface after the blanking/shaving process.
