PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable paying out of dispensed balls normally even under the restoration processing of power interruption. SOLUTION: When the restarting of the supply of a power source is determined, a restoration processing of power interruption is carried out and the residue of balls is paid out by a dispensed ball payout device 800 through a payout control part 700. In the process, a dispensing affirmative signal kept active traditionally under such a condition is made inactive (code Y) to end the operation at the restoration and thereafter, the operation is returned to the normal condition.
