PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a powder-and-grain accumulation body, whereby the powder-and-grain accumulation body can be continuously produced at high velocity without soiling a production line with powder and grain. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the powder-and-grain accumulation body 8, a belt-like bulky sheet 1 having air permeability is continuously supplied on the powder-and-grain sucking part 21 of an accumulation device, and the powder and grain 3 are supplied on the bulky sheet 1, sucked from the sucking part 21, and accumulated on the bulky sheet 1 for the purpose of obtaining the accumulation body 8 having the bulky sheet 1 and the powder and grain 3. The bulky sheet 1 before the supply of the powder and grain 3 has been formed with a low air-permeability part by partially reducing the air permeability of the bulky sheet 1, and the powder and grain 3 are accumulated on the part except the low air-permeability part of the bulky sheet 1.
