PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a resin roll, for instance, with high precision. SOLUTION: On the fixed side and/or movable side of a mold 1 comprising a fixed-side template 2 fitted to a fixed-side adapter plate 4 and a movable-side template 3 fitted to a movable-side adapter plate 5, the template 2 is fitted to the adapter plate 4 so that it is displaceable laterally, and also guide pin 16 having a tapered or round fore end part 16A is projected from one or both sides, while a guide pin bush 17 into which the guide pin is inserted is embedded in the other side. On the occasion when the guide pin 16 is inserted into the guide pin bush 17 in a process of mold closure, the template 2 is displaced laterally to correct a mutual slippage of the templates 2 and 3.
