PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case whose body is covered with a sheet which hardly peels off, sticking no adhesive for the cover attachment the outside and having a good appearance and can be manufactured with safety and ease. SOLUTION: A cover 3 used for the body 1 is provided with a fastener 2 along the opening edges, beside which a fitting piece 4 is attached by sewing. The cover 3 is fitted onto the body 1 by attaching the back side of the fitting piece 4 to the inner surface of peripheral walls 5 of the body 1.
