PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the troubles of the scattering of treated waste straw on a road outside of the field in a diffused state. SOLUTION: The waste straw treating part is provided with a discharge guide member to guide the treated waste straw toward the discharging direction. The discharge guide member is pivoted on the discharge treating part at the base end in a manner switchable between a nearly horizontal working posture directing the tip opening backward and a dangling housed posture directing the tip opening downward.
