PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of difficulty in manufacturing by lamination- integrated baking, of irregularity in manufacturing, and of increase in cost. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the liquid jet device, a liquid pressure section having a plate structure is formed, a recess or a penetration part is provided in a resin sheet as a partition of a liquid pressure chamber, the resin sheet is temporarily stuck with pressure to a substrate as a bottom face of the liquid pressure chamber, a pressure chamber substrate having the recess is formed, the liquid pressure section and the pressure chamber substrate are stuck to each other with pressure regularly, and the resin sheet is cured.
