PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiencies of various implements and improve the states of the finishing of works by the various implements. SOLUTION: A level-controlling mechanism is connected on the input side of a controlling means, to an inputting means for inputting a preset value, a mobile vehicle's angle-detecting means for detecting the angle of a mobile vehicle and a stroke detecting means for detecting the stroke of a cylinder for holding a horizontal posture. It is connected, on the output side of the controlling means, to a electromagnetic-type proportional control valve for controlling the amount of feeding a pressure oil to the cylinder for holding a horizontal posture. The cylinder for holding a horizontal posture is controlled by the controlling means via the electromagnetic-type proportional control valve so that the value of the difference between the results of detections by the mobile vehicle's angle-detecting means and the stroke-detecting means coincides with the preset value inputted into the controlling means by the input means in advance.
