PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient strength to a bead core while reducing the operating amount of a steel wire to the minimium. SOLUTION: Main area 5A being rolled with high tensioned organic fiber code 11 and reinforcement area 5B being rolled with steel wire 12 make bead core 5. The reinforcement area 5B reinforces an area where there will be compression on the bead wire 10 by rolling of the bead core 5 with vulcanizaton form.
