PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered adherent heat-resistant wrapping film excellent in heat resistance and barrier properties, suitable as a household wriapping film to be used for packaging various containers (made of ceramics, plastics or the like) or for wrapping packaging using no container and especially suitable for a use at the time of heating use. SOLUTION: The multilayered adherent heat-resistant wrapping film has a layer comprising a resin (A) based on a glycolic acid polymer with a crystal melting point of 120-250 deg.C, and a layer comprising a resin composition (D) prepared by adding 3-25 pts.wt. of a liquid additive (C) to 100 pts.wt. of a resin (B) based on an aliphatic polyester resin with a crystal melting point of 110-220 deg.C other than the glycolic acid polymer. The tensile modulus of this film is at least 15-180 kg/mm2, the heat resistance thereof is 120 deg.C or higher and the adhesion (work done) thereof is 5-50 g.cm/25 cm2.
