SOLUTION: An upper water tank 12 is arranged in the upper part of a displaying water tank T and a main conduit 14 in which the lower end 20 is curved in U shape and has upward injection port 22 is extended from the upper water tank 12 to the interior of the displaying tank T and upper end opening of the main conduit 14 is covered with a cover member 24 in the upper water tank 12 and a discharge pipe 28 having a ball valve 30 is attached to the upper end of the cover member 24 and the displaying water tank T is made to communicate with a water feed pipe 32 equipped with a water feed pump 34.
