PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for shaping a fish paste by which joint formation on different materials such as a primary material and a secondary material can favorably be carried out, and a shaping mold can be simplified. SOLUTION: This method for shaping the fish paste comprises shaping the primary material W1 through a shaping hole 31a and a groove-forming part 31b into a shaped product W4 having a groove W3, simultaneously charging the groove W3 of the formed product W4 with the secondary material W2 fed from a charging passage 32c, and passing both thereof in a shaping hole 31a to join and form the fish paste. The shaping apparatus of the fish page for joining and shaping the primary material W1 and the secondary material W2 sent out from a sending-out cylindrical body 30 is obtained by installing a primary shaping mold 31 for shaping the groove W3 in the primary material W1 in the sending-out cylindrical body 30 having a primary sending-out opening 3a for sending out the primary material W1, and a secondary sending-out opening 3b for sending out the secondary material W2, further installing the secondary shaping mold 32 for charging the groove W3 with the secondary material W2, and joining and shaping the primary material W1 and the secondary material W2. |
