PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT system in which a top plate is not deflected and not vibrated as well even by moving to the plate and moving a diagnosing site to a slice's position. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT system in which an X-ray tube 2 and a detector 12 rotate around an axis of a subject 4 comprises a bed 10 and a bed 11 at both sides of a gantry 1, winding units 8 respectively provided in the beds 10 and 11, guides 6 and rollers 7 projected from both sides of the beds 10 and 11 at an interval for passing an X-ray beam 3 at an upper part, and top plates 5 each made of a cloth mounted on the guides 6. The subject 4 is mounted on the plates 5, and the diagnosing site of the subject 4 is positioned on the slice's surface of an X-ray beam 3 by winding the plates 5 via the rollers 7 by operating the winding units 8.
