PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish processed food having the deliciousness characteristic to fish and having salami taste by enriching EPA and DHA, and improving the balance of a fatty acid composition using a swordfish, a tuna or sardine. SOLUTION: The main raw material is prepared by compounding ground fish meat with picked fish meat of a swordfish, a tuna or sardine, which contains a large amount of highly unsaturated fatty acids, or eye socket tallow of a swordfish or a tuna. Fat of meat, solid fat, fibrous soybean protein, starch, a seasoning, a spice and a coloring agent are added as subsidiary materials to the main raw material, and the mixture is kneaded and boiled. The product is sliced, or the sliced one is fried with a vegetable oil for a short time or baked, and thus the purposes are accomplished. |
