<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for shaping for inexpensively feeding a tray made of a non-drawing paper. SOLUTION: A heating plate 20 arranged in an upper box 13 and a piston rod 22 of an air cylinder 21 fixed on the upper box are freely removably connected. On the other hand, a shaping mold 26 arranged in the lower box 14 is provided with a recessed part 27 and the recessed part 27 is formed by being surrounded by continuous bank bodies 28 and the plane shapes of each of these continuous bank bodies 28 have the same shapes as the contours of press edges 29 hanging from the peripheral edges of the heating plates. When both the upper and lower boxes pinch a composite paper sheet material 10, air in both the upper and lower spaces 17 and 18 is sucked through two rubber hoses 31 and 32 to change it to vacuum and when the composite paper sheet material is pressed on the continuous bank bodies by means of the press edges by successively lowering the piston rod, the composite paper sheet material is pushed into the recessed part of the shaping mold and is shaped by air pressure working in a region surrounded by means of the press edges through a hollow part of the piston rod from a tube 33.</p> |
