PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a decorative board obtained by laminating a decorative sheet consisting of a surface protecting layer and an ionizing radiation- curable resin layer formed on the former, on a woody board can be manufactured at a low cost but is inferior to a melamine decorative board in terms of resistance to subsidence by impact, mar resistance and cigarette-proof. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 2 is manufactured by first applying an uncured crosslinkable resin 11 to the back of a decorative sheet 2a having a pictorial pattern layer and a cured ionizing radiation-curable resin layer formed on the surface of a fibrous base such as paper and then impregnating the back with the resin 11 and further, making the crosslinkable resin 11 semicured with the help of a heater. On the other hand, the uncured crosslinkable resin 11 is applied to a backing base paper 3a and thus it is impregnated with the resin 11. After that, the uncured crosslinkable resin 11 is made semicured with the help of a heater 15a to obtain a resin-impregnated backing base paper 3. Next, the decorative sheet 2 and the base paper 3 are bonded together by continuously pressing by heat using a continuous heating press 20. Consequently, the crosslinkable resin is converted to a cured resin with high hardness. The manufactured decorative board 1 shows outstanding resistance to subsidence by impact, cigarette-proof or the like. |
