PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide play facilities useful as a field of social education in which a child over the age of three can steer a vehicle and can naturally and gradually acquire not only driving techniques but also leveled-up traffic rules as enjoying himself with a sense of playing a game in the same play facilities. SOLUTION: In the same site of the play facilities, a play course for infants in which a child of the age between 3-5 can steer a self-traveling vehicle by himself, a play course for children in which a child over the age of 5 can steer a self-traveling vehicle by himself, a play course for pseudo-experiences in which a child over the age of 7 can steer a self-travelling vehicle are arranged along a road in the site. A reader/writer terminal is arranged in each play course and connected to a main computer device so as to communicate.
