PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with a backup power source which is compactly mounted on a power source board. SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with a main control board 10 provided with a main control circuit 11 and a memory 12, a payout control board 20 provided with a payout control circuit 21 and the memory 22 and the power source board 60 provided with power source circuits 62 and 63 for supplying operation power to the control circuits and the other control circuit. On the power source board 60, a game state regarding the profit of a player in the main control circuit 11 and the payout control circuit 21, etc., is stored in the memories 12 and 22 at the time of a power failure and the memories 12 and 22 are backed up by the common (single) backup power source 70 loaded on the power source board 60. The backup power source 70 is provided with a diode 71 and a charging/discharging capacitor 72.
