PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing cabinet which enables to reduce a cost for its manufacture and assembly by making a structure simple and reducing the number of parts, and to operate smoothly without giving strange feelings when the cabinet is drawn. SOLUTION: The drawing cabinet is designed a front board 1a of a drawer 1 to enable to shift to the right or to the left. A plate 4 with penetrating holes 4a shaped like a slit is fixed to the back 1a1 of the front board 1a facing to the front board 1a. Connecting parts 6 to join the front board 1a and a main body 1c of the drawer 1 are put on the plate 4 through the penetrating holes 4a to prevent the connecting parts 6 from falling off from the penetrating holes 4a. The penetrating hole is formed to have its ends 4a1 apart, one end to the right and the other to the left, and to abrade the connecting part 6 lengthwise.
