PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outsole of a fishing boot which has excellent slip- resistance in any fishing spot. SOLUTION: A sole of a fishing boot comprises an outsole formed with felt and plural spike pins fixed in the sole as to touch the ground with their tips. It is characteristic that the bendable sole is partially attached with protruding pins which protrude out from the outsole to keep the whole outsole on the ground when the boot is took.
