PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release snag by a pushing action in stead of a pulling action. SOLUTION: A laterally movable drilled weight 7 is attached to a rod member 2, a main line engaging part 3 is attached to the tip end of the rod member 2, a line engaging part 4 is attached to the tip end of a standing member 9 and a line engaging part 5 is attached to the tip end of the standing member. A ring 11 is placed at the side of the standing part 8 and a string 14 is tied to the ring.
