SOLUTION: The main part and the connecting part of the paddy water level-adjusting tool are fixed by driving 2 stakes for connecting and fixing the connecting part (the paddy field water level-adjusting tool with the paddy field-connecting ridge and the paddy field-connecting ridges each other) into the ridge of the paddy field (foundation) at its upper part and 2 stakes at its side surface.
