PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooking apparatus which increases endurance and extends its life to reduce load on blades for stirring and the drive shaft 34 for stirring and at the same time, capable of effective stirring by stirring food on proper condition, according to the hardness of the food heated in the apparatus. SOLUTION: This heating and cooking apparatus for foods is structured from a container to store food materials, a stirring device which has stirring means of inside/outside placed in the container to be capable of revolving drive around a same shaft line as the center, a heating/cooling means for heating and cooling the food materials, and a control device for controlling the stirring device. Then, feature of the apparatus is that the control device changes the relative difference in revolving speed between the stirring means of inside and outside, according to the fluidity of the food materials. |
