PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressing with separate liquid capable of maintaining to some extent a mixed state as a result of mixing the aqueous layer portion and oil-layer portion together even after the mixing, without losing the palate feeling peculiar to this type of dressing. SOLUTION: This separate-type dressing is characterized by containing agar-agar 3,000-100,000 in average molecular weight and at least one thickener selected from xanthan gum and tamarind gum. |
