PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an ink jet printer head which can be easily fabrication and has few failures like leakage of ink or separation of parts and the like. SOLUTION: A groove 554 which makes a round along the corresponding place of the inside of the opening of a pressure chamber 401 is formed on the surface of a sheet of piezoelectric element plate 550, and each part of the piezoelectric element plate 550 to be divided by the grooves 554 is made to function as a piezoelectric element 555 of each pressure chamber 401. Since a non-moving part 556 having a thickness the same as that of the piezoelectric element 555 is formed between each of the piezoelectric element 555, the laminating jointing of a vibrating board 500 and a pressure chamber plate 400, including a bulkhead 402 between the pressure chamber 401 by pressing is precisely done.
