PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable printer capable of protecting a connector. SOLUTION: A connector 36 is disposed in a connector storage chamber 38 formed on the rear surface of an exterior case 12. Even in the case the connector 36 is connected with a plug 42, since the plug 42 is stored in the connector storage chamber 38, it cannot be projected from the outer surface of the exterior case 12. Thereby, interference by the plug 42 at the time of portage as well as breakage of the plug 42 by collision with another substance can be prevented.
