PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil resistant coating film having oil resistance, flexibility and biodegradability together. SOLUTION: An undercoating layer is formed of a shellac by coating an ammonia aqueous solution of the shellac on a base material, and then evaporating a solvent. Then, an overcoating layer made of the shellac is formed by again coating the ammonia aqueous solution of the shellac and then evaporating the solvent, and the oil resistant coating film having a two-layer structure is formed.
