PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a panel for a building capable of moving a panel body before curing a filler without taking a place to set the body, effectively manufacturing in a mass production even in a relatively narrow place and incorporating good smoothness in a surface of the panel without necessity of conducting an excess work such as a surface finishing or the like. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the panel for the building comprises the steps of forming a closed box-like panel body 5 having predetermined width and length of metal plates, providing filler filling ports 12 at a cut end face 5b of one side of the body 5, supporting both surfaces of the panel by form plates 14 in a state in which the body 5 is disposed so that the ports 12 are disposed at an upper side, and pouring liquid-like fillers 6 from the ports 12 in the body 5 by filling.
