PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently removing ionized components in a liquid as a solid. SOLUTION: This removing device is provided with an electrodialyzer 1 for electrodialyzing a treated liquid and concentrating the contained ionized component and a fluidized-bed electrolyzer 20 for electrolyzing the liquid concentrate obtained in the electrodialyzer 1. As the liquid concentrate is electrolyzed in the electrolyzer 20, the ionized component is deposited as a solid on the surface of a conductive grain 28 set in an electrolytic cell 21. The conductive grain 28 is discharged to the outside from a pipeline k by opening a recovery valve V.
