PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To usually store electronic devices in a closed space to expand an usable space, and to enable to radiate exhaust heat from the electronic devices outside. SOLUTION: Electronic devices W are placed on a shelf board 24 provided between side panels 12 of a main body 50 of a cabinet with a door 15 on its front. Air inlets 26 are made at the lower part of the doors 15, and air outlets 32 are made on top plates 14. An exhausting fan 40 is placed just below the air outlet 32. Since the main body 50 of a cabinet is designed having no back board, two cabinet are used as a pair with their back sides put together.
