PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform a treatment such as suction, discharge, or separation by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: In an apparatus for performing a treatment of sucking and discharging a solution from a container (microplate 6) by suction nozzles 2, the treatment such as suction, discharge, or separation is automatically performed by a simple mechanism comprising a suction nozzle moving means 3 for automatically positioning one suction nozzle 2 while keeping the top of the nozzle 2 in a state contacted with the wall surface; a magnetic particle holding means 4 for automatically holding magnetic particles 7 in a specified position in the container; and a liquid discharge means 5 for automatically and simultaneously sucking and discharging the solution from the container through a plurality of suction nozzles. One of the means or a combination thereof constitutes the liquid discharge apparatus. |
