PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which is able to easily drain water con tent caused from boiled over or cleaning to outside. SOLUTION: A plate 9 is provided as a base in a recessed container housing unit 5 which is formed on an upper opening 7 of the cooker body of the cooker 1, and a cooking container 4 is placed on the plate 9, and the cooking container 4 is heated by induction heating method from the lower part. A recessed ditch 10 is formed at the outer periphery of the plate 9 by the container housing unit 5 and the plate 9, and on the outer wall, an opening 16 is formed which is able to be opened downward as low as or lower than the bottom 10A of the recessed ditch 10. |
