PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of automating shot peening treatment and/or barrel treatment to manufacture a high grade gear and efficiently carrying out these treatment. SOLUTION: This device is furnished with a shot peening device 10 to apply shot peening treatment on a gear subjected to surface hardening treatment or grinding work after surface hardening treatment, a barrel device 20 positioned adjacent to the shot peening device 10 and to apply barrel treatment to a gear subjected to treatment by the shot peening device 10 or a gear not applied with shot peening treatment and a gear carrier device 30 positioned adjacent to the shot peening device 10 and the barrel device 20 and to carry a gear between the shot peening device 10 and the barrel device 20. The gear carrier device 30 is furnished with a holding part 74 on an upper part of an attachment 34 to hold the gear, and an arm part of the gear carrier device 30 and the holding part 74 are free to adjust in position and angle against the shot peening device 10 and the barrel device 20. |
