PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a cloth-shaped retaining tool having light, simple constitution and advantages for fitting operation. SOLUTION: On the sealing part of a retainer 32, a pair of guide part 82 and 84 is formed, which can be hooked up on a guide part 86 formed on the bottom of a cover 72 formed in a rectangle aluminum plate. The retainer also includes hook stopper 108, 110, wherein an edge 118A, 118B is each clipped between the hook stopper 108, 110 and a edge 72B of the cover 72, allowing the retainer 32 to be clipped between the edge 118A and the 118B. As described above, the cover 72 is merely bridged over the sealing part of the retainer 26, 32, so that the weight of a sunshade unit 10 can be relatively reduced in comparison with that of a sunshade unit produced by the conventional technique, in which the cover 72 is provided with an approximately U shaped retaining part.
