PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite component which can maintain a sealing condition sufficiently between a stainless steel and titanium. SOLUTION: When a tubular reactor is fabricated, a jacketed pipe fit closely by a stainless steel pipe 1 through rolling outside the titan pipe 2 is first fabricated and then the end of the jacketed pipe is sealed in vacuum using a metal solder 4 containing titanium with a melting point of 600 deg.C or higher, or a titan pipe is inserted into a stainless steel pipe with a clearance of 0.4 mm or less and the end is sealed in vacuum with the metal solder.
