PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated pipe easy to recycle which enables separation of a used resin-coated pipe into a metal pipe and a resin coat part. SOLUTION: Two thin-wall groove parts 7 for separation are provided in the resin coat part 6 of the resin-coated pipe 5 made by coating the whole surface of the metal pipe 2 with resin, along the overall length of the pipe and at a required space between them, and a tear-off part 9 is formed inside the groove parts 7. The end portion of the tear-off part 9 is made a pick-up part 15 lifting from the metal pipe 2, by depressing the end portion of the metal pipe inward. By picking the pick-up part 15 with the tips of fingers and pulling it, the tear-off part 9 can be torn off sequentially with the groove parts 7 for separation torn off.
