PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for fabricating solid fuel using solid waste and thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a hopper(10) for storing raw material (crushed combustible solid waste and thermosetting resin) of RDF, a rotating raw material supply device(11) coupled to the hopper(10) for transferring the raw material from the hopper(10) to a molding pipe(20), the molding pipe(20) coupled to the rotating raw material supply device(11), a plurality of heating bands(21) surrounding the molding pipe(20) for fusing the thermosetting resin which moves in the molding pipe(20), a motor(30) for generating rotating force, a driving force transmitting device(31) for transmitting the rotating force of the motor(30) to a screw axis(33), the screw axis(34) perpendicularly arranged to the driving force transmitting device(21), installed in the molding pipe(20) and linearly moving in horizontal direction while rotating itself, a pusher(32) for pushing the raw material in the molding pipe(20) toward an exit(40) by linearly moving backward and forward, and a fixing plate(41) installed at the exit(40).
