<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort pouch stand which can heat and cook in a microwave oven while preventing itself from tumbling. SOLUTION: The trunk of the retort pouch has front and back, each forms square. At the bottom part of the front and the back, the bottom face is inserted by folding as it forms a reversed V letter. The front, back, and the bottom face are heat-sealed at each edge, and form an upper heat seal part, a trunk heat seal part, and a bottom heat seal part. When the inside of the stand is filled, the bottom expands front and rear and makes this stand self-standing. As for the front and the back, the ratio of the height to the width is less than 1, which is a characteristic of the retort pouch. At the lower edges of both sides of the bottom heat seal part, a trimming part which has a gradation from 1 mm to 4 mm is cut off. This cut is done with a seal pattern whose form is like a bottom of a ship, from the inclination standing part to the edges of the both sides.</p> |
