摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an automatic lathe capable of restraining lowering of machining accuracy for a workpiece without increasing the machining time for the workpiece. SOLUTION: The control device of the automatic lathe includes a numerical control part NC1 and has an input device 11, a read part 12 and a machining program storing part 14. Various data such as tool position data, workpiece rotation data, moving data written in the machining program are delivered from the machining program storing part 14 to an editing part 21. In the editing part 21, various data are re-edited by a moving data editing part 22 and stored. In the moving data editing part 22, the moving start timing of the tool is obtained so that a tool selected in the machining process to be executed later reaches the corresponding machining operation start position in the machining operation timing previously commanded according to the machining program, and reaches at designated speed lower than the speed previously commanded according to the machining program.</p>
