PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ambient temperature shrinkage tube having a hardness suitable for a hot-wire indirect tool and capable of finishing a watertight fin part of an insulated wire with fins and being wound on a drum having a normal body diameter in the case of its removal. SOLUTION: In the tube made of a rubber elastic material, reinforcing ribs 2 parallel to an axial direction are provided at an interval on an outer periphery of a cylindrical large-diameter part 1, a small-diameter part 3 converged in a Sake bottle-like state from the large-diameter part 1 is extended in a substantially same diameter as the part 1, and a spacer 5 or a spacer 10 is mounted on this extended part 4. In the case of applying to the insulated wire with fins, a thick part 6 is provided at an outside at a distal end of the part 3, and a V-shaped protrusion 7 and grooves 8 formed at its front and rear parts of the protrusion 7 are provided at an inside of the part 6.
