INNOVATION OF PERMANENT PRINT HEAD TO CORRECT WRONG DIRECTION OF RELEASED INK DRIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a wrong direction of a released ink drip without exchanging an ink release orifice (or nozzle). SOLUTION: When a nozzle with deformed shape is detected, a periphery part 26 of an element 22 around the nozzle with deformed shape is taken off by laser abrasion and an orifice rim 18 is changed to an asymmetrical shape. As a result of this procedure, an orbit of the ink drip is corrected to the right direction by removable of the periphery portion 26.
