PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease pressure loss at the time of foot mode and spout a warm air to occupant's both feet uniformly. SOLUTION: A cold air passage 27 for faces and the cold air passage 25 for feed and an air-mixing chamber 28 for the faces and an air-mixing chamber 26 for the feet are formed independently. And the warm air which has just passed a heater core 7 is led to the air-mixing chamber 26 for the feet through a perpendicular warm air passage 8 after leading from the lower side to the upper side of the heater core 7. And temperature control led air is spouted directly from a foot opening 10a formed in the upper side part of the heater core 7 of a case 2 to occupants feet side in the car room. Therefore it decreases the pressure loss at the time of the foot mode and can be facilitated to spout the warm air from the upper side of occupants feet to the occupants both feet uniformly.
