PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a wheelchair capable of preventing a dropped food to enter between a seat part and a side board, and between the seat part and a backrest, and of speeding up a work to replace the cover, and of holding a body of an user in a steady state. SOLUTION: This cover is made by continuously unifying a backrest cover part 4 and a seat cover part 6 and a side board cover part 8. A back part of the side board cover 8 of a cover body 1 is sewed 9 into a lower side part of the backrest cover part 4. The first mounting piece 11 which is folded back to an upper back part of the backrest part of the wheelchair continuing to an upper part of the backrest cover part 4, and the second mounting piece 12 which is folded back to both sides of an upper back side of the backrest of the wheelchair continuing to both side of an upper part of the backrest cover part 4 detachably attached by a fixing method to the first mounting piece 11, are provided. On a front back side of the seat cover part 6, a bag part 14 which detachably covers a front part of the seat part of the wheelchair is provided. On both sides of the upper part of the side board cover part 8, a side bar 18 on the upper part of which a bent part 21 which detachably engages to an upper end of the side board of the wheelchair is provided detachably by the fixing method.
