SOLUTION: Control part 8 calculates a travelling factor that is a travelling distance of the vehicle while the wheel's only one revolution using data of the revolving speed of wheel 1 and the speed of the vehicle which were detected by the revolving speed detecting part 2 and GPS receiver 3 regularly while driving, then it additionally stores an error data from the specified standard driving factor in a memory 5. When the latest n pieces of the error data stored within the memory 5 are to be compared with the specified threshold value, and when all of them would be overthreshold value, it should judge to be happened a depression or wearing of tire 1A which come to show an warning messages as 'worsen of driving condition' and 'emergency of tire depression or wearing' an a display part 4.
