PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain environment from being polluted and natural resources from being used in vain, and to prevent alcohol from evaporating. SOLUTION: Highly-concentrated alcohol-impregnated degreased cotton is sealed into the container 2. Then, such container 2 is housed into the housing vessel 6 with the cover 9 in a condition that the container 2 remains open. When the alcohol-impregnated degreased cotton is used. The cover 9 of the housing vessel 6 is opened from time to time to take out the alcohol-impregnated degreased cotton. Whenever such cotton is used up, the container shall be replaced with a new container 2 to stuff the alcohol-impregnated degreased cotton. |
