PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft candy having novel palate feeling, without spoiling the original taste, and also improved stickiness to the teeth. SOLUTION: This soft candy is such as to have a construction that the solid substantially comprises gelatin and at least one kind of saccharides, and 5-30 wt.% of gumi having a water content of 10-20 wt.% is dispersed therein. |
